Consulting Services

Our entitlement management consulting services include the analysis of customer requirements, definition and modeling of entitlement policy and processes as well as assisting in customer deployment projects. Additionally we provide definition and implementation of customer specific source or target system integrations.

We also offer entitlement management consultation for organization management and solution suitability evaluation.

Deployment Services

Deployment services include project services for RM5 IdM solution implementations. We assist the customer in both service deployments and in-house solution implementation projects.

Managed Services

Customers can acquire entitlement management as a service from a managed service provider offering the RM5 IdM SaaS solution.

Alternatively the entitlement management service can be provided by an organization internal service center.

Support Services

Support services cover the use and administration assistance according to support agreement.

Training Services

Training services are provided for RM5 IdM main users and administrators as part of deployment projects. In addition, RM5 Software offers public training that supports the definition and modeling of entitlement management solutions and processes. Introduction to entitlement management for the whole organization is also part of our training portfolio.
