Main administrator training

This training is targeted for persons that act as entitlement management system main administrators in their own organization. The objective is for participants to understand the entity model of the system and to know all the main system functions with their related activities. It includes many practical exercises related to entitlement data administration, request and approval process as well as reporting and auditing.

User training

This training is targeted for persons that have responsibilities in the entitlement management request and approval and/or reporting and auditing process in their own organization. Typically these users are superiors or service owners. In deployment projects it is recommended that this training is combined with the organization’s own process training. In these cases the training material can be tailored according to customer needs.

Application developer training

An e-service is most often the best service channel for customers and other stakeholders. To fulfill user expectations the user experience has to be uniform and integrated. Simultaneously the e-service has to be safe and cost-effective. Therefore IAM functionality has to be shared between all portals and applications. Solution development choices are guided by the business architecture of the organization.

The target of the training is to give software developers guidance about utilizing the system services provided by the centralized entitlement management system in new applications under development.
